Main structure and composition — Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher

• Impact crusher: The core crushing component uses a high-speed rotating rotor to impact the material to achieve medium and fine crushing operations. The finished product has good particle shape and is mostly used for medium hardness materials (such as limestone, concrete, etc.).

• Crawler chassis: Hydraulically driven crawler, with climbing and steering capabilities, suitable for harsh terrains such as muddy and rugged mountains.

• Feeding system: Vibrating feeder, evenly conveys materials to the crushing chamber to avoid blockage.

• Screening system (optional): Some models are equipped with multi-layer vibrating screens to achieve instant classification of crushed materials.
